Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects for the sales team. This position is suitable for a young, dynamic individual eager for new challenges.


  • Conduct outbound calls to B2B prospects to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects' needs and determine if they are a good fit for the solutions offered by the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Business Development.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with proficiency in English being an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned prospecting goals.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of telephone prospecting techniques and ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
  • Previous experience as a telephone prospector in France is a plus.
