Responsibilities
- Define and design customer needs and requirements.
- Advise and guide towards appropriate solutions.
- Implement and deploy the target solution.
- Train users and put the project into production.
- Launch and support the solution throughout its use.
- Measure customer satisfaction and adapt offer accordingly.
Requirements
- You are conscientious, organized, rigorous, autonomous and a team player.
- You have good communication skills.
- You are fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- You have comprehensive IT knowledge.
