As we all know, organizing an event is not an easy task as it requires collective efforts and precise planning. You have to manage a lot of things like tickets, registration, and financial activities. It is indeed burdensome. 

Odoo ERP is a business management software that includes a plenty of modules designed to simplify various kinds of business operations. There is a module called "Events" that can successfully organize your event, be it large or small.  

With the Odoo 16 Events module, you can easily create and publish the event. Managing tickets, registration, and attendees is no longer a tough job as the Odoo Events module does all these tasks effortlessly and effectively.  So, let's see what Odoo 16 Provides

Odoo 16 Events Module 

First of all, go to the Odoo dashboard where you will find the created events in the Events window. each event is put into different stages such as New, Booked, and Announced. There are two more stages in the kanban "Ended and Cancelled" which can be visible after clicking on it.



You are provided with different kinds of views such as Kanban, Calendar, List, Gantt, Pivot, Graph, and Map In the Calendar view, you can easily view the created events on the corresponding date.



With the Map view, you can easily view the event's location as shown in the screenshot given below. 



To create an event, go back to the Kanban view. Click on the CREATE button to create the event.



A new window will appear in which you first need to enter the name of the event in the Event Name field.



In the Date field, you have to specify the start  & end date and click on the APPLY tab as shown in the screenshot given below.



Enter the time in the Time zone field based on your requirements. Moreover, you can also give the template. But remember, you can use only pre-configured event templates. Once you complete the process, save it properly.

First of all, go to the Configuration menu and select the Event Templates as displayed in the screenshot given below.
