What Do we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales mangar who owns and lead the entire Sales Cycle. Should be able to understand the pain points of the Customer and prepare the demonstration using Odoo apps.
We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid sales and marketing skills. You will have a chance to see the impact of the work and make a real contribution to the success of the company.
What's the mission?
- Generate leads from cold calling, speaking engagements, and networking.
- Identify proper software solutions for customers and build custom sales proposals.
- Present the offer face to face and sign the deal.
- Expand your knowledge of various business industries.
- Develop cross-selling by creating extraordinary relationships with customers.
- Should be able to explore the market and needs, make space for the brand in the local market and build a substantial market for the brand Konsultoo.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of Odoo software
- Ability to functon in an independent environment without the need to be micromanaged closely on a daily basis
