The Finance and Administration Director plays a crucial role within our company, ensuring effective financial management and providing strategic support to management.

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's day-to-day cash management, optimizing cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations
  • Have expertise in fundraising, bond issuance and leveraged buyouts to support the company's growth and initiatives
  • Lead the international expansion process by coordinating the opening of new subsidiaries, ensuring regulatory compliance and establishing efficient financial structures
  • Actively contribute to financial reporting by implementing fast closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing relevant analysis to support decision-making
  • Provide strategic support to the executive by assessing financial risks, identifying growth opportunities and proposing recommendations to improve the company's overall financial performance

Skills Required

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Solid experience as a Finance and Adminitration Director or in a senior financial role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence strategic decisions
  • Proficiency with IT tools and financial management software
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
  • Fluent in French and English
