Responsibilities

  • Develop varied menus based on nutritional needs and employee preferences.
  • Prepare and cook dishes in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Manage ingredient supplies, respecting budgets and costs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Participate in training new team members in culinary techniques and hygiene standards.

Skills Required

  • Solid cooking experience, ideally in a collective environment.
  • Mastery of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Creativity and sense of innovation to propose varied dishes.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Profile

  • Diploma in cooking or equivalent training preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Sense of service and ability to work as part of a team.
