The Accounting and Administrative Manager plays a key role in the company's financial management, ensuring that accounting and administrative operations are carried out correctly and that financial information is used effectively.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting
- Import and validation of supplier invoices
- Scheduling of supplier invoice payments
- Bank reconciliation
Weekly accounting
- Collection of bad debts
Monthly accounting
- Invoice validation and dispatch
- Expense management
- Invoicing of customer purchase orders
- Internal invoice payment
- Synchronization of bank statements and balances
- Payroll integration
- Synchronization of deferred income, fixed assets and deferred expenses
- Verification of equity balances between groups
- Update of locking date
Annual accounting
- Closing of accounts
Administrative tasks
- Management of all administrative tasks: checking purchase orders, monitoring customer payments, monitoring sales reps' bonuses, monitoring ticketing.
Skills required
- BAC + 3 minimum in Accounting Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, with proven experience in preparing and analyzing balance sheets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required for communication with international partners and management of financial documents, intermediate level accepted.
- Advanced IT skills, including mastery of accounting software
- Odoo is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual: French and English
