The assistant is responsible for supporting the financial and accounting aspects of the company. They work closely with the accounting team to ensure daily maintenance and accuracy of financial and accounting information.
Key Activities and Tasks
- Transaction Management
- Invoice Accounting: Recording supplier invoices for purchase order management.
- Payroll Integration: Importing payroll entries into the accounting system.
- Client Payment Tracking: Monitoring and matching client payments to sales orders.
- Tax Declaration Entries: Importing entries for tax declarations. - Reconciliation and Verification
- Bank Reconciliation: Verifying the alignment between accounting transactions and bank movements.
- Account Matching: Pairing payments with invoices and entries in client, supplier, and miscellaneous accounts.
- Analysis and Correction: Reviewing and rectifying entries or accounts with discrepancies.
- PCA/CCA Verification: Examining provisions for client receivables and prepaid expenses.
- Asset Creation and Depreciation Tracking: Creating fixed assets and monitoring their depreciation and amortization.
- Assistance in Financial Statements Preparation: Supporting the preparation and justification of financial statements for audits and tax declarations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (BTS, DUT, License).
- Previous experience in accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Good understanding of fiscal and accounting regulations.
- Fluent in French and English.
