  • Administrative Tasks 50%
    - Performs invoice data entry
    - Conducts reconciliations
    - Invoices using Odoo, Sales Orders according to framework agreements, and ensures all clients are invoiced.
    - Tracks Purchase Orders
  • HR Tasks 25%
    - Prepares payroll, manages paid leave
    - Handles employee onboarding and offboarding
    - Manages legal compliance (health insurance, welfare benefits).
  • Commercial Tasks 25% :
    - Tracks customer payments
    - Monitors sales commissions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Precision and organization
  • Excellent French and good English
  • Professional experience appreciated
  • Good understanding of accounting movements
  • Knowledge of Odoo strongly appreciated
  • Ability to work in a team.
